In the dire circumstances that plague our beloved country, fresh graduates find themselves facing a dilemma : scarcity of job opportunities, and lack of experience.

KA, in collaboration with Marine Core and charter, created a tailored program for those young women and men, that aim to give them this much needed hands on experience.

KA’s ongoing training program, and since it’s onset two years ago, has offered over 25 fresh graduates the opportunity to learn much needed field skills and gain a crucial experience that would be of tremendous benefit for their resume.

The all paid residence and travel expenses also allows our trainees to have a close proximity to one of the most sought after Job markets in MENA.
